Truck and van vehicle body shaping device

The truck-type body shaping machine produced by our company is suitable for performing pressure shaping on the protrusions and deformations on the end plates and side plates of various types of freight cars due to loading pressure. It is also applicable for shaping of elevated car bodies and high-strength weather-resistant steel. The equipment complies with the provisions of Document No. 207 of Iron Transportation (2011) "Railway Freight Car Factory Repair Regulations" and Document No. 202 of Iron Transportation [2012] "Railway Freight Car Sectional Repair Regulations" (TG/CL 111-2012). This equipment uses the hydraulic power of the forklift itself and does not require electricity connection. It is highly practical, reliable, easy to operate, works smoothly, moves flexibly, and can quickly move to the working position. 

The vehicle body shaping machine is suitable for the repair and leveling of the outward bulging of the side walls, the outward bulging of the columns, the outward bulging of the upper and lower side beams, and the outward bulging of the large and small side doors of railway open-top cars.
