I. Scope of Application 

This equipment is mainly used for the detection and testing of air and water pressure of brake hoses. It can conduct air pressure, water pressure tests, pressure retention tests, and leakage tests on brake hoses, and can meet the daily maintenance and testing needs of water and air pressure for the maintenance workshops of vehicle depots. 

II. Main Technical Parameters 

1 Input Power: AC 220V  50Hz 

2. Test water pressure: 1000 - 1350 KPa, maintained for 2 minutes. 

3. Test pressure:  600 - 900 ± 10 KPa, maintained for 5 minutes. 

4. Pressure holding time:  Wind pressure for 70 seconds, water pressure for 140 seconds 

5. Working Capacity: Each time, 8 tubes are tested simultaneously. There are 4 connection stations for brake hoses and 4 connection stations for main air pipes. The production efficiency can reach 48 tubes per hour. 

6 Pressure gauge accuracy class  0.5 class 

7 Minimum Time Display  0.1 S 

8 Metal sheathed braided hose and hose connection pipe with working air pressure (operating condition) of 600 KPa 

a) Wind pressure test: Conduct the test with a wind pressure of (600 ± 10) KPa, maintaining the pressure for 5 minutes. There must be no leakage or bubble formation. 

b) Hydrostatic test: Conduct a hydrostatic test at 1000 KPa for 2 minutes. The expansion rate of the outer diameter of the hose should be less than 6%, the length deformation rate should be less than 1.5%, and there should be no obvious bulges. 

9. Hose connector with working pressure (operating condition) of 900 KPa 

a) Wind pressure test: Conduct the test with a wind pressure of (900 ± 10) KPa, maintaining the pressure for 5 minutes. There must be no leakage or bubble formation. 

b) Hydrostatic test: A hydrostatic test was conducted at a pressure of 1350 KPa. The pressure was maintained for 2 minutes. The expansion rate of the outer diameter of the hose was less than 6%, the length deformation rate was less than 1.5%, and there were no obvious bulges.
