Main purposes and application scope

1. The duct test bench is mainly used for the air tightness test of the car body of metro electric trains. It is required that the air pressure reaches the standard value specified in the maintenance regulations, and there should be no leakage within the time specified by the maintenance regulations. During the test, the relevant test data is displayed on the integrated machine computer, and the test results can be saved and printed.

III. Main Structure and Function

1. The duct test bench is mainly composed of a movable frame, piping system, software system, electrical system, etc. The equipment is designed in the form of a mobile trolley, with handles on the vehicle body for easy operation. There are hooks on the side of the vehicle body to facilitate the placement of accessories such as pipes and cables. It has the ability to transfer within the warehouse, and the wheels have self-locking functions. The intake uses a quick-connect connection method to introduce the equipment, the gas path is controlled by an electromagnetic valve, the logical function is controlled by PLC, and the integrated computer is used for data processing and report saving and printing.
