Brake valve fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine

This ultrasonic cleaning machine is used for cleaning the brake valve components such as the main valve, emergency valve, pressure limiting valve, and sensing valve of the 104, 120/120-1 valves of passenger cars. The design and manufacture of this equipment comply with the technical requirements of the "Regulations for Maintenance of Railway Passenger Car Air Brake Devices" (Iron and Steel General Administration <2014> No. 215). It is designed and manufactured in accordance with the specific requirements of GB/T15706 "Basic Concepts and Design Principles of Mechanical Safety", GB16754 "Emergency Stop Design Principles for Machinery", GB16855.1 "Safety Components Related to Mechanical Safety Control Systems", and GB/T4064-1983 "Guidelines for Safety Design of Electrical Equipment". The cleaning equipment is automated to reduce the cumbersome operations of personnel during the cleaning process of the valves and lower the labor intensity. 

The cleaning process is as follows: loading materials → spray rough cleaning → ultrasonic cleaning → ultrasonic rinsing → compressed air blowing and water removal → hot air drying → unloading. 

Equipment composition: The equipment is composed of the body, frame, spray cleaning tank, ultrasonic cleaning tank, ultrasonic rinsing tank, compressed air water blowing tank, hot air drying tank, filtration system, lifting and transfer system, and electrical control system, etc. 

The body and frame adopt a fully enclosed structure. The main cleaning and rinsing tank is enclosed within the frame. The frame is made of high-quality stainless steel 304 profiles, and the sealing plates are made of stainless steel brushed plates. A transparent movable observation window is installed on the front facade, which is convenient for observing the operation of the equipment, the records of cleaning status, and for observation.
