Equipment Usage 

The bogie lifting platform is installed in the bogie maintenance room. This equipment is mainly used to raise the bogie to the appropriate height during the disassembly and assembly of the rail transit vehicle bogie, making it easier to carry out the operations.

Overall lifting capacity of the equipment: 15 tons 

Maximum lifting height (from the track surface)  0 - 1800mm 

The speed of ascent and descent ≤ 300mm/min 

The synchronization error of the four lifting units ≤ ±4mm 

The coordination accuracy between the equipment rails and the workshop rails is as follows: 

Vertical rail gap: 5 to 8 mm 

Joint height difference  ≤ ±2mm 

Lateral misalignment of the joint         ≤ ±2mm

The protection level of the electrical system is not lower than IP54.
