Equipment Usage

This electrical comprehensive test bench is used for testing the operating performance and parameter setting of contact electrical switch components such as AC and DC electromagnetic contactors, intermediate relays, voltage relays, current relays, thermal relays, air switches, and time relays. It can complete the setting of delay time for time relays in subway vehicles, as well as the tests of coil resistance and holding voltage, release voltage, and coil resistance for instantaneous relays and under-voltage protection relays; the tests of holding voltage, release voltage, coil resistance, and contact resistance for AC and DC contactors; the tests of operating current, trip time, and contact resistance for thermal relays; and the tests of operating current, trip time, and contact resistance for circuit breakers. It also conducts insulation resistance tests for the coils and contacts of the components. It has multiple electrical testing functions and can meet the needs of testing different equipment's electrical parameters.
