I. Purpose
This project is applicable to the heating and disassembly process of gears and bearing inner rings in the major repair production环节 of subway traction motors/bearings, etc. It is used to quickly heat the workpieces, facilitating the disassembly of components such as bearings and retaining rings that have interference fits.

The entire machine's operation interface is a touch screen, which can display real-time parameters such as working voltage, oscillation current, real-time temperature, and heating time. It also has functions such as querying the heating curve and data recording.
It can display the heating temperature and set the target temperature value. Once the target temperature is reached, it will automatically stop and complete the demagnetization process. The equipment also has functions such as maintaining a constant temperature after reaching the temperature, and curve heating. It can also be connected to an upper computer to form an automatic control operating system.
Equipped with infrared probes: Remote infrared temperature measurement and real-time temperature display; The probe mounting frame is a magnetic base, allowing for free movement and adjustment of the angle.
The heating start control is mainly standardly controlled by the cabinet buttons. Additionally, there is also a remote button control option for quick addition. The overall heating control of the machine is achieved through a one-click intelligent operation. During the process of heating to the target temperature, there are two control methods available: time-based control and temperature measurement control that stops the machine when the target value is reached.
